On KC Current gamedays, due to expected increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic, the 210 Front St. Route will not enter into Bally’s Casino. The route will stop before the parking lot entrance to let passengers board and de-board, then continue along normal routing.

Starting Tuesday, January 9, until February 4, pending weather, the 9 9th Street bus will detour between Fremont and Ewing for Spire Gas Construction.

The 510 K-10 Connector, that operates between Overland Park and Lawrence, resumes regular service on Tuesday, January 16, 2024. During regular service, the route will operate every 30 minutes during peak hours and every hour during middays and evenings. The 510 K-10 Connector serves The University of Kansas, KU Edwards Campus and Johnson County Community College.

Per North Kansas City Council vote, the 201 North Oak and 238 Meadowbrook will continue daily service after 6 p.m. in North Kansas City.

Starting Tuesday, January 2, until further notice, the Prospect MAX and 71 Prospect will reroute between 35th and Linwood.

Starting Tuesday, January 2, until further notice, the 21 Cleveland-Antioch will reroute for construction at 75th and Cleveland.

Beginning January 7, due to two bridges located at MO Hwy 10 and Macey Street and Antioch and Winn Road being under capacity for the weight of a bus, the 238 Meadowbrook will be rerouted.

Beginning January 7, 298 Flex will return to service. IRIS will end operations in North Kansas City.

Starting January 7,  the following routes will no longer service areas of 13th Street in the downtown area due to congestion: 85, 47, 106, 201.

Beginning December 4, 2023, bus stops along Metcalf Avenue between 91st Street and 99th Street will be closed due to road construction. The project is scheduled to last until spring of 2024.
